Bought my house from Aimee as an investment property. It was a foreclosure. If you know Sumter, you know good deals get taken quickly. I always buy my houses through real estate agencies but she introduced me to the HUD website. Based on my specific situation, she advised me on how the HUD process would work. We had to jump through some hoops but we ended up winning the bid. She ended up having to drive to Charleston to submit the bid to make sure we could seal the deal. HUD can be very particular about their demands. But, in the end, I got a GREAT deal on the house and Aimee already has it back on the market!

Just to give you an example, when there hurricane Matthew rolled around in Sumter, I received a phone call from Aimee the next day to let me know that my houses were ok. She had made it my houses before me! You don't get that with any other agent. You'll be lucky if most agents visit your house once a month.
